General Regulation on Data Protection (RGDP) - May 2018.

 

We inform you that personal data provided by our Customers will be treated in accordance with the principles of transparency, limitation of purpose, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, also respecting the other obligations and guarantees established in Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

In order to comply with the aforementioned regulation, we have updated our Privacy Policy.

 

Purposes of Treatment

 

 

The personal data collected will be used to send, via email, newsletters inserted in communication, marketing and advertising actions of Surf Riders.

 

Recipients

 

The data provided will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

 

Term of Preservation of Personal Data

The data will be kept as long as the Card Holder keeps the subscription active and up to 30 days after the cancellation request.

 

 

 

RIGHTS

 

Client and / or User owns the following rights over their personal data:

 

Right to request access to personal data

Right to request rectification or deletion

Right to request limitation or to oppose its treatment

Right to data portability

Withdrawal of consent
