Timely Information:
3. Flight Delay Notification: In the event of a flight delay, it is the client's responsibility to inform us at least 6 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so may result in service unavailability, and no refunds will be provided.
Wait Time Policy:
4. Driver Waiting Period: Our drivers will wait for clients for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. After this period, the driver reserves the right to cancel the transfer, and the payment made will not be refundable.
Pick-up Time Consideration:
5. Advised Pick-up Time: Clients are advised to indicate their pick-up time, considering the time required to exit the airport. This ensures a smooth and timely transfer. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconveniences.
